This asymmetric flood is a high specification outdoor floodlight of Italian manufacture.The body is in die-cast UNI 5076 aluminium alloy which is phospho- chromatised then painted using polyester-powders to provide a quality long lasting finish. The toughened glass is a sodic-calcic type, 5mm thick heatproof and toughened in accordance with BS 3193 and UNI 7142 which is then silk screen printed. The external small parts and screws are in stainless steel. The Olympia floodlight is fitted with silver-oxidised extruded aluminium clips which allow for re-lamping without tools. They also have aiming goniometers which allow for any number of fittings to be aimed accurately to the same angle. The PRO-Olympia 3 is for use with either a 70 watt or 150 watt high pressure sodium (hps) or metal halide (hqi) lamp.
