The
eyelid masks two thirds of the lamp which eliminates all upward light. Step lighting is an important part of any exterior lighting project for both safety and aesthetic purposes. The eyelid masks two thirds of the lamp face, eliminating any upward glare. The body is machined from 63.5 x 10mm and the flange from a solid block of aluminium 88mm x 88mm aluminium with a UV stable powder coated finish (standard colours bronze, green, matt black, silver and white), or solid copper, or 316 stainless steel, clear tempered glass lens and high temperature silicon gaskets. The standard low voltage luminaires are suitable for use with an MR16 - 20 watt lamp (max) and is supplied with a high quality European lamp. The new generation high power MR16 LED lamp can also be used. Alternatively a 8 watt self ballasted 240 volt fluorescent option is available which offers excellent light output (comparative to a 40w incandescent lamp), low energy usage, long lamp life and very low heat generation this changes the luminaire to an IP66 rating. Low
Lux Step Lite is particularly useful where a very low light level is required
creating an intimate ambiance.
The flange covers the majority of the lampface reducing the light level by approximately 70%. Solidly constructed from 63.5 x 10mm thick aluminium with a UV stable powder coated finish (standard colours bronze, green, matt black, silver and white) or solid copper, complete with clear tempered glass lens and silicon gaskets. The standard low voltage products are suitable for use with an MR16 - 20 watt lamp and is supplied with a high quality European lamp. The new generation high power MR16 LED lamp can also be used. Alternatively a 8 watt self ballasted 240 volt fluorescent option is available which offers excellent light output (comparative to a 40w incandescent lamp), low energy usage, long lamp life and very low heat generation this changes the luminaire to an IP66 rating. The Eyelid is secured to the flange by two screws. As standard the fitting will be supplied with mounting holes. Although, if a canister is to be used there would be no need for the holes in the flange. Mouse Lite™ LED is a solid bronze or solid 316 stainless steel luminaire
for surface mounting. Available in both shapes. A versatile product that
can be used in many ways; mounted horizontally for path lighting or deck
lighting; mounted vertically for downlighting over a doorway or uplighting
a wall mounted feature. Ideal for installation in public areas or difficult
to access places due to the low maintenance and long life of the array.
Individually cast in bronze, each luminaire having a unique finish and identity, and 316L Stainless Steel which has a smooth machined finish both with frosted tempered glass lens and high temperature gasket. These luminaires are supplied with high output 2 x 1.2 watt Warm White LED arrays. Available with or without integral drive. If opting for the remote driver option, we advise the use of our 4 or 10 watt Litech remote drivers having 230V direct connection.
