The
Pond Lite is fully submersible and is adjustable on two planes. Using
a Pond Lite to light a waterfall creates life in the water and brings
serenity to the surroundings. Tested and approved to IP68.
Pond Lite Weighted version has a heavy base allowing the luminaire to be placed in a pond instead of being fixed into place. Due to this design drilling fixing holes to mount the luminaire is not necessary - fixing holes may cause the pond to leak. Tested and approved to IP68. Machined from 10mm thick aluminium with a UV stable powder coated finish (standard colours green, matt black, silver and white) or machined from solid copper or 316 stainless steel, stainless steel cap screws, clear tempered glass lens and high temperature silicon gaskets and is complete with three metres of submersible cable (other lengths available on request). Suitable for use with MR16 - 20, 35 or 50 watt lamps and is supplied with a high quality European lamp. PLEASE NOTE: Pool chemicals, hard water or salt water may damage the powdercoated finish. Stainless steel fittings should be used in these situations. Copper luminaires are not suitable in a pond with fish. This
luminaire is electro- polished, and is supplied with a multi-purpose PVC
mounting canister. It can be installed in three different types of pool
wall: 1) Fibreglass Pools, 2) Existing Concrete Pools, 3) New Concrete Pools. The luminaire is held into the Wet Niche PVC canister by two 'O' rings. This means there are no mounting screws in the flange to spoil the aesthetics of the luminaire. Up to 600mm of cable can be coiled up inside the mounting canister, enabling lamp changing above the water line. The Pool Lite is machined from 9mm thick marine grade, 316 stainless steel and is electro-polished to increase it's corrosion protection. It comes with a tempered glass lens, high temperature silicon gaskets, and is supplied with an engineering grade PVC mounting canister (wet niche). Complete with six metres of submersible cable (other lengths available on request). Suitable for use with MR16 - 20, 35, 50 watt lamps and is supplied with a high quality European 5000 hour lamp. The
Cockpit Lite is
specifically designed as a marker or safety light within the cockpits
of boats and ships. If the boat's cockpit should fill with water, the
Cockpit Lite will remain on. The specially designed canister is fully
enclosed, thus protecting the luminaire. It is used with
a 5 watt bi-pin lamp and has a frosted glass lens to create a glow in
the cockpit at night.
The marine grade aluminium mounting canister is anodised for protection and is fully enclosed with a cable gland which clamps the cable to maintain IP66 rating, if the cockpit fills with water the canister will not compromise the cockpit’s waterproof integrity. Complete with 0.3 metre of cable (other lengths available on request). Suitable for use with a G4 bi-pin lamp 5 watt lamp and is supplied with a high quality European lamp. The Marine Lites are machined from 316 stainless steel with tempered glass lenses, silicon gaskets, and are supplied with a marine grade aluminium or PVC mounting canister and lock ring. The Cabin Lite has been specifically designed for internal installation on boats and ships. The
Cabin Lite is secured in place by two '0' rings in the mounting canister.
This means there are no mounting screws in the flange to spoil the aesthetics
of the fitting. The Marine Lites are machined from 316 stainless steel with tempered glass lenses, silicon gaskets, and are supplied with a marine grade aluminium or PVC mounting canister and lock ring. Suitable for use with a G4 bi-pin lamp 5,10, 20w lamps, is supplied with a high quality 3000 hour European lamp.
