50mm Compact Fluorescent Downlighters

The Professional Cast Range of these downlights are manufactured from an extremely high quality die cast construction and are finished with precision and care to provide an exceptional finish. They all come complete with a terminal cover, a sprung lampholder, a lamp retaining ring, silicon cables, and are available in a wide colour choice. The budget Pressed Steel Range are finished with a high quality electrophoretic coating and come complete with a ceramic lampholder, silcon cables, sprung lampholder contacts, and a lampholder retaining ring.

Until now, low energy lamps have been obtrusive, bulky and unsightly. This new miniature compact fluorescent fitting uses the latest in low energy cfl lamp technology to provide a flush fitted downlighter which can be installed as a direct replacement or subsitute for a standard 50mm low voltage or mains downlighter. The fitting has been designed exclusively for use with the low energy GU10 lamp and cannot be used with standard GZ10/GU10 lamps.
The CF005 is available in White, Antique Brass, Polished Brass, Polished Chrome and Satin Chrome.

Compact Fluorescent Downlighter ~ Part L Compliant

This "Pacific" 18watt Compact Fluorescent Downlight comes with integral high frequency control gear so as to comply with the Building Regulations Part L1. The high frequency gear gives flicker free light and instant start up.

This fitting consumes up to 80% less energy than a standard incandescent lamp and the lamp will last up to 10 times longer. The 18 watt PL-T 4 PIN Lamp gives an equivalent light ouptut to a 100watt GLS lamp. The fitting comes prewired with a 200mm lead.

The "Pacific" CFL downlight is supplied as a body only c/w the integral control gear. Decorative rings are available 109mm x 3mm to fit to the front of the fitting in white, polished brass, satin silver and chrome.

Glass lenses are available for this fitting which makes the fitting Part C Compliant and converts the fitting to an IP44 rating. These are available Domed frosted or Flat in clear or frosted. A Floating Glass kit is also available as shown above in white, polished brass, satin silver or chrome.

This fitting is also available in a 100 minute fire rated version with integral intumescent compounds to prevent the spread of fire. An Emergency Pack is also available - price on application.
