Function and Features
The transformer
is designed for up to 300watts (total) 12v halogen lamps (Class III fittings).
Dimmable by leading edge 400watt (min) dimmer switch.
Adhere to dimmer switch minimum loading capacity.
The transformer will turn off automatically under overload, short circuit, overheating
and over current conditions, and will auto restart after elimination of the
fault.
The thermal controller will cut off automatically when
overheating and will cut back in when overheating subsides.
Warning
For dry
location and indoor use only.
Never use in high temperature areas (ta: -10 to +45) or high humidity areas.
Halogen bulbs must be kept a minimum distance of 400mm away from the transformer
as the high temperature lamps can damage the transformer and cause it to cut
out
Should be installed by a qualified person in accordance to current wiring regulations
Brown Wire (L), Blue Wire (N), Green/Yellow Wire (E).
Any combination of 12volt halogen lamps can be used to a max load of 300watts
To avoid RF interferring radiation the length of output wire and track/ wire
system must not exceed 6m
Connector strips are fixed on output on right and left side. Ensure
the 12v wires are tightened securely to avoid overheating which will cause damage
to the unit
Manufacturer will not be responsible if any damage occurs by incorrect connection
and/or operation.
